Does Mark Yarnell's 15 Years Left Make Sense?

I found Mark Yarnell's theory regarding "Principle-less Interest Tied To a Proprietary Funding Vehicle" a very interesting concept.  As confusing as that may sound, he claims that everything you touch turns to gold once you understand how it works.

In fact, Mark was flown to NY to appear on Bill O'Reilly's famous, "No Spin Zone" to discuss Mark's theory. As conservative as Bill is, he found it difficult to poke holes in Mark's suggestion that middle America had 15 years left (from 2007 when aired) to achieve their wealth. If you don't make it within 15 years, it's over for people who are not in the wealthy class. There will be two classes, the ultra-rich and the ultra-poor. Mark's ideas actually made good sense to Bill.

The whole idea is to "cash-flow" millions of dollars without risking any of your own. In his 10 minute audio, he discusses how he came up with concept and how he's used it to develop a tremendous lifelong lifestyle that others can learn from.

It made sense to me in 2007 when I first heard it and it still has a significant impact on my thinking.
